ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH - RS MULTICUT Cutting machines - type MCS modular cutting system
The entire product range of the RS MULTICUT cutting machines from ROLF SCHLICHT GmbH has been completely revised and partly completely redesigned.
The area of application for the systems is the production area of plastic and rubber extrusion for the production of hoses, pipes, profiles, strips from the smallest diameter ranges down to less than 1 mm in medical technology up to pipes with a diameter of approx. 100 mm. However, all other cutting tasks are also possible, from confectionery to sliding strips.
The systems work in the extrusion line or outside the line and are adapted to the wishes and needs of the customers in order to achieve the best possible effectiveness.
The new machine type MCS is characterized by its modular design and can therefore be used flexibly for different applications.
The MCS can be supplied with different belt widths and contact lengths. The machine is delivered as standard with a separation module according to customer's choice, whereby the separation module can be changed at any time.
The customer is extremely flexible thanks to simple retrofitting and can switch from a hose cut to a normal die cut. With this system, various components can be combined with one another, tailored to specific customer requirements. This flexibility enables the processing of the most varied of materials and profiles. Several work steps can be carried out at the same time.
